Some important info for all teams participating in the 3rd Annual Colorado Cup!
Schedule:
- Colorado Cup plans on releasing the schedule on April 28th.
- Pro games will all take place Friday night, Saturday afternoon/night, and Sunday late morning.
- Please note this tournament runs May 1st to May 4th. Block schedule times below:
Thursday May 1st at 5pm-10pm
Friday May 2nd at 5PM-10pm
Saturday May 3rd 7:30am-10pm
Sunday May 4th 8am-6pm
Photos/Videos:
- Pro games will be streamed on YouTube (round robin and playoffs). Streaming link to be dropped April 30th.
- We will have photographers and videographers capturing the entire weekend.
- If your team is interested in personalized photos and videos, there will be packages available.
High-Level Overview of Rules:
- Colorado Cup follows the official
RHA rulebook. Colorado Cup specific rules can be found on our rules page.
- You must be 17 and older to play (if you are 17 you must have parent consent/liability
form filled out).
- All players must have an active RHA membership. Weekend warrior and annual membership can be found
here!
- Games consist of (2) 12-minute stop clock periods, (3) minute warm-ups, (1) minute intermission.
- Mercy rule is 8 goals

Games can start up to 30 minutes early, please plan accordingly!
- Round robin games can end in a tie, 1 point to each team for a tie.
- All teams will have (3) round robin games and (1) guaranteed playoff game
- (2) pro players can play down to platinum division, (2) platinum players can play down to gold division, (1) gold player can play down to silver division. Goalies are excluded from this rule.
- Players can only play down one division not two. e.g. (1) pro player can play down to platinum but
CAN'T play down to gold division.
