The Colorado Cup First Annual Ice Series Tournament Was Concluded Crowning MoBeers as the Adult D Division Winner and Dangleberries as the Adult B Division Winner!
MoBeers boasted a balanced roster with the combination of skilled forwards, talented defensemen, and an exceptional goaltender. Their offensive line consistently found ways to put the puck in the back of the net. On the defensive end, MoBeers was rock-solid. Their blue-line brigade created an impenetrable defense that made life difficult for opponents. Goalie Nicole Parker showcased her remarkable reflexes and extraordinary glove saves, earning her the title of tournament MVG for the division. With the final score of 6 to 5 MoBeers took home the Colorado Cup for the D Division.
In the championship game for the B Division, the Dangleberries faced off against their arch-rivals, Twine Time, in a thrilling showdown. Both teams entering the championship with an undefeated record of 5-0 proved to be the exhilarating game of the weekend. The game was a rollercoaster of emotions, with both teams exchanging blows on the ice. In the end, it was the Dangleberries' unwavering determination that saw them emerge victorious, clinching the championship and winning the Colorado Cup trophy with a score of 7 to 4.
